Runs identically to on a Windows device.
Other than the expected RPG Maker fullscreen issues, it runs perfectly. I haven't experienced any performance or graphical issues, it works very well.

When entering my cult, and in certain rooms on crusades, I'll have minor unexpected frame drops, but, overall, it works as intended out of the box.
Technically playable, but lags on initial menu to the point I can barely select anything else.
Opted into the [test] beta branch for Linux boot issues.
There seems to be an issue with the menu on NVIDIA GPUs, where it either doesn't boot at all, or, as in my case, it lags and freezes so much that you can't get past the menu. I've tried pretty much everything I could think of; opting into the test branch, switching drivers, switching GPUs, booting from file instead of steam, turning off my internet, booting with proton, but nothing has yet worked.
Previous issues fixed with an install of NixOS.
The lagging issue seems to have been fixed with an install of NixOS, though I don't know if it was because of the updated kernel, downgraded drivers, or something else. The game now runs fully as intended, almost better than on windows.
Never makes it to the title screen; entirely crashing on DirectX and hanging on the loading screen on Vulkan.

As very few others have experienced, the game simply won't start. On DX11 and 12, it shows the splash screen before crashing, while on Vulkan, it makes it to the loading screen before indefinitely hanging. I've tried almost every combination of launch options I can find, I've updated my GPU drivers, nothing works. I may end up re-installing my OS to see if that does anything.
RAAAAAAAAAA my previous issue with the game crashing after the splash appears has been fixed after changing OS. I may have just installed my previous distro wrong, as this is one of several games broken on Mint that works perfectly on NixOS.
This game is really fun, if you have Portal 2, play it! It's free to play and has a really good story!
It's somewhat unstable, but it runs well overall.
When in the landing pod, I experience unexpected frame loss, but it doesn't affect anywhere else.
It will often freeze up after continued play, and I'm seemingly not allowed to Alt+Tab without my entire computer freezing up or my desktop entirely disappearing.
Runs well most of the time, but is so unstable that I end up having to force shutdown my computer every single time I play.
Mission dialogue and orbiter transmissions will occasionally fall out of sync or not play entirely, but not frequently. However, sometimes the audio will completely cut out and make a terrible crackling sound for minutes on end or until I close all apps. I think this may just be a problem with my computer, as it happens in other games as well, but it happens extremely frequently in Warframe.
When in fullscreen or windowed borderless, Alt-tabbing will sometimes try to give me a seizure. Instead of moving to the other window normally, my screen will flash extremely quickly between the game window and the window I'm trying to move to.
Performance is fine most of the time, but will sometimes just decide to self-destruct. It slows to such a speed that none of my inputs do anything, I can't go to menu or leave the mission, I can't Alt+Tab, and I end up having to force shut down my computer. The orbiter and Drifter Camp are always slightly laggy, but, outside of the game-breaking lag spikes, I don't have any performance issues in missions.
In general, if I make any action the game doesn't like, it will either crash, or freeze up and become unkillable by Steam and the System Monitor. This happens a lot in the orbiter, if I so dare to press escape to go back in the loadout menu, the game will freeze. Sometimes I can unfreeze it if it gives me the “steamapp is not responding” menu by Alt-Tabbing and coming back, but that doesn't always work.
