Works almost perfectly under 4.2-4. In game Video Settings Detection worked with my setup. Only issue I had was when I tried to use the in game help. It tried to take me to an external website which caused game to black-screen and freeze.

Basic gameplay functions are ok. As you level up though you cannot use the Enhancement tab on your character (blacked out / fails to load). Only found this out after a while playing.

Overall (online):Good
Other players were not visible in the Anomaly some of the time.
Just gave it a try straight from Steam client and was pleasantly surprised that it launched with no issue.
