Up until you want to use voice recognition it works. Lacking this is an extra step that must be jumped through.

Voice Recognition is not working.
Gold rating for a game with an important fuction not working on linux is a little high. Voice recogintion is the only element that does not work under Linux.

With FSR Enabled, I could not see any of the game, just the UI elements. Once I disabled FSR, it worked great.
It was required to disable FSR.
Black Artifact
Game starts fine, but once I look around a black artifact takes over the whole screen, and I'm unable to proceed.
Once on 7.0.6, you can accpt the EULA and play the game. Going to a later version, breaks the game with a black screen texture bug.
This game runs on Linux flawlessly without any tweaking, let Steam do its thing and it works. As for the gameplay... :/
The game feels laggy and often crashes, and a game that you need the map, for you to be unable to use it, essentially makes it unplayable.
Opening Map, drops back to character select. Slow loading into game. Slow opening menus on first open after logging in.
Opening map, dropping to character select. Frequently having to start the loading process on character select, only for it to fail loading in. Compared to windows, the Proton version seems to be limited to very few threads.
The experience between Windows and Linux is massive at the time of writing. I hope it improves.
Crashes or freezes during splash screens on launch.

I tried a few versions of Proton and ProtonGE and none of them worked, it either crashed before loading the splash screens, or froze before going to the Menu

The game failed until I Disabled the "Steam Overlay while in-game". Once that was done, the game worked like a dream.
The one problem is that I get an Epic Launcher error, this is unimportant for single player, it only matters if you are cross-playing with someone who has the game on Epic Store.
