I found the problem on my pervious report!
Don't "Enable Steam play for all other titles" use proton experimental on game itself: Steam library > The Darkness II > Properties > compatibility > proton experimental.
this game use DX9 on Windows and have micro stutter sometimes, but on Linux thanks to DXVK it will run perfectly you won't encounter any stutter.
