CPU Usage of the game slowly creeps up over 12 hours or so until the FPS then becomes affected. Start EVE with ESync and FSync disabled to avoid this.

Proton Experimental as of 25th November seems to have significantly improved FPS issues. The game is still very demanding but I went from 20-30FPS on low, to a playable 50FPS on medium settings
Only requires a brand new £700 graphics card to run decently. Game is optimised horribly but performance can be brute forced

Occasional geometry explosions / line artifacts from light sources. Some map textures intermittently black depending on camera angle. Instances are rare so it's perfectly playable.
Runs on medium/high - 75fps@1440p. High resolution texture pack seemed to introduce stuttering (more so when DX12 was enabled), so textures were set to HIGH. DX12 could then be re-enabled without issue.

Doesn't launch at all without LD_PRELOAD
Native version works 100% perfect when given the command line arguments
