Ran perfectly in the default render mode
The game ran perfectly in its default OpenGL mode, but there was some very bad artifacting in Vulkan mode. I'd guess it had something to do with Ambient Occlusion, but that's a total guess.
Don't run the game's vulkan rendering mode. Ran perfectly otherwise; possibly better than Windows, though I didn't do a side-by-side.
Crashes at Bethesda Logo
Likely borked for Intel Arc GPUs. Tried Proton 7.0-4 all the way back to 5.0-10 and latest GE, same result across the board. Tried a handful of launch flags but they made little to no difference. My best guess is the Arc A770 isn't playing ball.
Running an Intel Arc GPU. To get the game to boot at all I needed some packages from the Arch testing repository. These included Mesa 22.3, some intel vulkan packages, and others. There's some weird "snow" artifacting on pretty much the whole game, though it noteably doesn't affect the weapon models, and isn't affected by any graphics settings.
I tried running with GE and Proton Experimental, but there was no noticable difference between the two.
Fails to boot on intel arc system

Works well on my steam deck, but failed to boot altogether on my desktop running an arc A770
Reslution bug. Still playable, but smaller text hard to read and it obv. doesn't look right.
Whole game was running at very low resolution. Maybe ~480p? In-game options did nothing, I was not able to fix it.
Running at improper resolution

Seems like this is a fairly uncommon issue, not sure why I'm getting it. I haven't changed any settings that I can think would cause it. I'm not even sure what else to try, except maybe a different proton version. I'm planning on upgrading my deck's storage soon, so I'll try again after that.
