Easy install and launch into game. Only two settings changed in options menu.
Had to turn off v-sync and drop quality a couple of dots in video options or got stuck loading at 90% when starting new game.
Be patient when you first start the game. At first it looked like it was not going to load, but it finally did after about 1 or 2 minutes of waiting. When you see the beards you are good. I had to drop 2 dots of video quality and turn off v-sync or it got stuck at 90% on the new game load screen. Game play is good and responsive with the tuned video settings.
Attempted all mentioned fixes for mouse bug but they did not work. Tried running winetricks on multiple settings individually, running in-between each setting change, using options that had to do with mouse control, clipping, window control, etc. with no luck. Mouse is constantly moving to top left. I tried changing to Exclusive Full Screen with no luck, and also emulated desktop mode. I also tried full screen vs windowed in-game settings, but no difference. At one point I noticed my regular desktop cursor was still moving behind the window and whenever the real mouse cursor and game window intersected, the mouse pointer went to the upper-left in-game. So I suspect the issue is with the game window ignoring external mouse input once the game starts. I am rating borked because the game is simply not playable without suicidal thoughts when the mouse cursor continues to move to upper-left. Hopefully someone will figure out a way to ignore external mouse input when the game has focus.
Ran relatively flawlessly as long as you don't try to run with BattleEye. I couldn't get that to work at all. Otherwise, I did not have to do any tweaks to get logged in to a solo game. Graphics looked great and I didn't notice any graphic or performance issues. At least, once I changed the game over to window mode because it kept trying to put the fullscreen game on the wrong display (i have 3). Only marking silver since I can't join regular online games due to lack of BattleEye. I'm sure I can make a private server though, but haven't tried yet.
Everything worked perfectly out of the box. No issues, no bugs, no crashes...nothing. Great game and great experience.
I had to do nothing to get this to work. It was perfect out of the box with no noticeable issues. Very pleased with performance and graphics so far.
I had to edit game.xml from main game folder and change Fullscreen to false before it would play. Just a black screen when I first started. Afterward, I tweaked my window size to something nice and haven't touched settings since. The game plays beautifully, just like it did on Windows in my opinion. Not one single issue.
