Tinker Steps:Set launch options

radv_force_pstate_peak_gfx11_dgpu=false

There was serious performance problems when game launched(pc and ps5 also), so mesa drivers at the time pushed a workaround to prevent gpu hangs, which is fixed in latest mesa drivers. If you observe lower clock and low watt usage in game, use launch parameter "radv_force_pstate_peak_gfx11_dgpu=false %command%"
