Account creation and validiation was successful but the game does not start
Serious framerate issues
Menu was visible and game could be started but it was very slow
UPDATE 22.05.2021:Using Proton Experimental, the framerate issues were resolved on my hardware
Everything worked perfectly without any need for modifications on my rig.
While there was a minor delay in installing the VC redistributable. Once it was installed, everything ran quickly and smoothly.
Just experienced first crash when changing levels. Will re-test and see if this is reproducable.
Minor slowdowns when entering a new area and firing weapons
While the game runs fine, the textures and lighting make it impossible to play the game
Textures are washed out while the character is rendered correctly.
Could not get to the character creation screen
I was able to get to the menu after hitting the Enter key about 3 times when the game loads for the first time. Once in the menu I could view and change settings. I could select New Game and set the difficulty. But after that the game seemingly hangs after initially showing the loading screen, it defaults to a blank screen with no sound.
Error is displayed at start-up
