Single player seems like it might be fine. Anyone looking for multiplayer won't be able to play.
Starting a multiplayer allows character selection but then the game crashes to desktop as soon as you attempt to enter a location
EAC breaking this
Anti-cheat module not loading. Exit is the only option.
Need to start in offline mode to bypass anticheat but once the game has started I was able to join multiplayer
Unable to progress the game past entering Mari's room otherwise the game worked fine. Probably something to do with cut-scenes

Was experiencing crashes every time through the tutorial level. Manually set my screen resolution to minimal and it got me through. Changed the detail levels in the in-game menu to reduce quality and it plays fine now.
Fullscreen launches a black screen and hangs
Crashed every time between 10 seconds and 5 minutes after launch
Mouse clicks unresponsive anywhere outside the main pane
The in-mission interface consists of two panes - the main game pane and an information/menu/action pane. Clicking on the second pane has no effect.
