Launches just fine. Runs without issue.
On max graphics, my average FPS was around 80-100. I've never tried this game on Windows, so I can't compare it against that, but I would have liked for the averages to be a little higher.
That being said, I can assume frametimes were stable, and there was no stuttering or hitches. For a game like this, the sub-display refresh rate performance does not matter. It's still extremely terrifying, and super atmospheric.
Runs smooth, only requires a bit on tinkering in the form of installing the T7 community patch and configuring launch options.

Game didn't launch at all at first, eventually figured out that the storage device that the game was located on was mounted incorrectly as root, so the DirectX install (?) couldn't proceed when launching the game.
Otherwise, install the T7 community patch to improve stability and remove the random stutters.
My initial experience was on X11. I switched to Wayland for other reasons, and noticed the games performance on Wayland is so, so much worse than X11. I experienced almost half the average frame rate with lots of stuttering. I tried using launch options, changing config files and the likes to improve performance, to no avail. Switched back to X11 and it runs buttery smooth.
I play stretched 4:3 usually, and I couldn't find a way without great effort to get the game to work in stretched 4:3 without my desktop resolution changing too. Just started playing native resolution and I play fine, so I don't consider this to be a dealbreaker for me.
I played a couple of competitive matches and thoroughly enjoyed them. If I didn't know any better, I would have said it were running on Windows. On native res (1920x1080), I was averaging 250-350 FPS, map dependant of course, with no stuttering or hiccups.
If not for the constant stuttering, this game looks like it could be perfectly playable. I unfortunately cannot stand the stuttering.

Tweaked the Engine.ini file to improve performance.
Game would stuter every 3-5 seconds when moving around. Frametimes would jump from 8ms upwards of 20ms during these stutters. I tried numerous fixes and tweaks, and multiple configurations of graphics settings to no avail.
The game was installed on a SATA SSD when I attempted to play it. Perhaps that is why I was experiencing the stuttering. The tweaks to Engine.ini did not seem to make it better, if anything, it made it worse. I tried the Ascendium III "mod-fix" as well, which only seems to modify the .ini, and that didn't work either.
Ran perfectly out of the box. No issues.
Hardest part about playing this game is actually playing the game, but that doesn't mean it's bad.
