45 fps on 90Hz on Deck OLED
Average around 12w, later stages can be heavier on TDP, but for LCD would recommend 60fps due to fluid animations and input lag, but for OLED 45fps/90Hz is very smooth and best for battery

As already mentioned, there's a text box pop-up on launch which you can click Cancel to remove. There's some flickery shadows here and there, but didn't bother me personally (there's a fix on PCGW). Ran quite well on Deck OLED with 45/90, with Medium settings that used around 9w average (60 fps High probably works fine too).
Low Quality, High Textures, TAA - enabled Bloom and AO, rest disabled
With the noted settings, runs around 13w on average
For Steam Deck controller, best to disable Steam Input and use the "Gamepad with Joystick Trackpad" profile. The launcher has a bad habit of disappearing after the initial loading splash screen, so be sure to move the mouse and be clicking while the blue line is moving to get the game launcher to display every time (not sure why, but it worked for me that way).
As for a controller, atleast DualShock 4, you have to enable Steam Input and use the Community layout "DS4 Compatibility" one (or however it is named), just be sure to disable the inverted X and Y-axis if you want the stock behaviour.
On OLED, 90 fps and High settings run quite well most of the time, keeping 90 fps, some areas have drops to 70, and averages around 15w overall.
Game requires a bit of tinkering. I'll try to write down everything here.
For both the Deck controller and DualShock, use the most upvoted community layouts - they work quite well as the game doesn't have native gamepad support. Menus require using the trackpad for mouse, but otherwise work fine.
To use widescreen and 16:10 properly, download the Resolution Fix from https://www.gamepressure.com/download.asp?ID=62030 (thanks to the other comment for the link). Extract it into the game folder, open "pop.ini", change resolution height to 800 (for 1280x800), HUD_posX to the one indicated for 16:10, and that should be it. You can always check PCGW for other tweaks, like getting rid of the intro videos. If you connect an external display and have problems booting the game, either try forcing the display resolution from Game Properties on Steam, or edit "pop.ini", as with the afformentioned changes, game will force a 16:10 ratio.
After tinkering, the game ran 90 fps on OLED without any issues, doesn't use much TDP (10w max maybe), battery lasts quite a lot. Overall, quite enjoyable experience.
Game requires a bit of tinkering.
Use the The Unofficial Patch (https://www.nexusmods.com/princeofpersiathetwothrones/mods/10) for fixing the resolution and other QoL stuff (editing options shouldn't be needed, works out of the box).
For controllers, use the Community layouts as they seem to be the best (life-saver for DS4). Might require inverting the horizontal axis as the game has double "cameras", so might as well make the default one work properly. Also reduce the camera sensitivity, default one is too big.
Camera also breaks down after a while, starts stuttering - nothing a game restart can't fix.
Overall, quite enjoyable experience after some tinkering.

You also might require inverting the horizontal axis in Controller layout as the game has multiple "cameras", so YMMV (might require disabling Menu mode action set too).

After tinkering, the game ran 90 fps on Deck OLED without any issues, doesn't use much TDP, battery lasts quite a lot. Also tried it on OLED TV at 120fps, worked well enough, albeit the camera breaks down and stutters after an hour or so, and there was a jump in the gardens that required locking to 60 fps. Overall, quite enjoyable experience after some tinkering.
Disable Reflections and Volumetrics for stable 60 fps and average 9-10w usage
Check PCGW for Config file location
Medium settings, plays well
Deck by default locked to 30 fps - open config file (check PCGW for location), change "OnBatteryFramerateLimit" to 60, change "OnBatteryRenderingQualityReductionEnabled" to false if you want
Medium settings recommended, can try allow tearing and use in-game Vsync, plays well, perfect for Deck
Heavier than previous games and not many GFX settings exposed in-game, still runs and plays well with a bit of tinkering
Deck by default locked to 30 fps - open config file (check PCGW for location), change "OnBatteryFramerateLimit" to 60, change "OnBatteryRenderingQualityReductionEnabled" to false if you want
Low settings, Res Scale 0.8, TAA and FidelityFX Sharpening
Can try Allow Tearing and use in-game Vsync too
Changed to Medium preset
Switch to Medium settings for a battery boost
