Resolution seems to be limited to specific values, did not fullscreen on a 1080p monitor using the in-game option, fullscreening it from the window rules left a black border on the right, and bottom of the window. Wasn't really distracting though.
Works perfectly other than that.

On rare occasion the mouse sensitivity would be wayyyy lower than set.
Had occasional mouse sensitivity issues, but those haven't reoccured in over 2 weeks.

Severe artifacting (jitter/ghosting) and low frame rate on Proton9.0 (Beta), Experimental or Proton GE. Issues seem to be NVidia specific, and anecdotally were worse on NVidia driver versions prior to 545.xx.
Switching to Proton 8.0 has completely eliminated all artifacting and performance issues.
