Based upon my settings (quite low) and hardware (not ancient but not new) I doubt anyone would be able to play in cities/towns/outposts.

Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Stuttered quite a lot once hitting the first outpost of the game.
The game seems to think that i only have 4.3Gb of VRAM.

Crashes every time after upwards of 5 minutes. Can load into hub area and even into a match, but will crash after a certian point.
Game starts up and runs beatifully, but something is causing it to crash. My guess is still an issue with EAC, but i am unsure. As stated before: the game lasts between 5 and 20 minutes regardless of where you are (hub area, in a match, etc.).
