Black screen when starting the game
Selecting "Launch DOS version" works, however, that version does not include updates that have been made to the game (16:9 support, cloud saves, etc)
Game sometimes crashes on start, always crashes when exiting the game. But if the game loads, it works just fine.
Cloud saves don't work. Local saves work just fine.
Works Great
Just installed the released version, started a single player game and played for over an hour. Experienced no issues, and feels like a native game for Linux!
Game will not start
Cannot get game to start. The game immediately crashes.
Works, but FPS is so low it's barely playable.
Getting 20-30fps at 1080p, low settings. On Windows I get 40-50fps at 1440p, medium settings.
My previous report should be ignored because I had Steam installed via flatpak. I've since installed the .deb version of Steam.
Enhanced Edition does not work
Metro Exodus Original/Native works just fine. But the Enhanced Edition does not start. I can see the startup videos play, but get a black screen after that. I also get a popup that says that the game has crashed.
Runs great
Some mild stuttering, but barely noticeable. On average, getting 70-80fps at 1440p, high settings.
