PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Short game, works fine on Linux with the command configuration above
Doesn't Launch
Tried on Proton 8.0-5, Proton 9 Beta and GE 8-32.
Haven't played a lot but was playing co-op with my friend and everything was working. Didn't try default Proton as I run everything using GE.
Broken for me post 1.001.100 patch

Attempted to fix via this article https://arrowhead.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15979848896540-The-game-starts-to-a-black-screen-but-I-still-hear-the-audio-of-the-opening-cinematic - didn't work
Worked wonderfully before. Completely broken for me. Launches to a black screen and never goes further. Tried many of the debug steps listed on other reports.
- Switching to experimental didn't work
- adding
--use-d3d11
didn't work - switching bleeding edge didn't work
- knowledge base article at arrowhead with config settings didn't work.
On Gnome and Wayland.
Game hanged a few times, not sure if this is an issue that also exists in windows. One time it crashed Gnome and other time it resumed after being frozen for 40 seconds.
Works fine out of the box, with minor stablity issues which may also be present on the Windows version

Runs wonderfully. Have put about 30-40 on Linux so far and it runs better then Windows 11 for me. Less stuttering.

Some combination of the performance work the game developer has been doing plus the Proton 9 beta made this run really well.
Still has frame drops on some levels, but you will get that on Windows as well.

I've only unlocked the first 2 maps (out of the 3 in early access) but after play 6 hours it works great for me.
Playable but the texture bug is annoying
Transparent textures don't work - ie grates that should be see through are black
Tried on a few different versions of Proton and GE, including 9 beta, experimental, 9-2 GE and 8.0-5 (default). They all have the annoying texture bug.
