Garfield Kart - Furious Racing
It might require a more powerful graphics card, though the graphics are quite childish and I've had more demanding games play just fine.

With graphics on "very low" the game is hardly playable.

Game works fine after installation of dotnet40. The first run of the game reported some errors but after that everything was fine.

Configuration doesn't work, but game works ok even with Intel graphics. See other comments on how to make configuration work and change resolution and graphics.
