There are some issues escaping from fullscreen. If using Alt-Tab on the initial menu (continue/options/etc), the game will not resume and must be forced to close. If using Alt-Tab ingame, the first program switched to will display a black screen, but this can be resolved by switching to a second program and back to the first.

I had a little trouble getting the game set up, but on the second launch after a reboot, there were no issues. I tried tinkering with the command line, but the game now runs fine on my PC without any tinkering. If you're having trouble, I'd suggest you simply reboot and try again.
