ASTRONAUTILUS appears to run like-native under Proton, minus a few either negligable or non-Proton issues.
Cosmetic purchases were reverted a few times due to a save file issue- this appears to be a rare platform-agnostic problem.
The Arrays section of the bestiary has negligable slowdown issues. Might just be system dependent.
Due to the game's recent launch, these issues are likely to be resolved with time- simmilar save issues to the one I've noticed have occured regardless of platform.
There are significant issues making progression nearly impossible without trial and error.

Appearing platforms in top-down segments render under the background, making progression nearly impossible.
I've attempted some tweaks that helped others in their reports, such as PROTON_USE_D3D=1 or switching to an older version, but nothing seemed to fix this issue.
Game appears to run without issue except for a bug causing elite enemies to lack their palette swap. Installing RoRML fixes this issue.

Elites do not render with their palette swap.

Occasionally when launching the game with fullscreen toggled, the game ends up misaligned with the monitor. This is inconsistant and can be fixed by toggling fullscreen off and on again.
Game runs more-or-less flawlessly. I haven't noticed any major issues running the game over the ~200 or so hours I've been playing it.
Slowdown can be more likely, though this is only really an issue during higher waves of the Cybergrind.
In-game video playback (like in the developer museum) is broken on vanilla Proton, but works in Proton-GE.
