This game used to stutter a lot and I couldn't find out how to fix it until I found these shaders: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Zeioth/zeioth-lutris/master/game-installers/guild-wars-2/gw2-d9vk-shader-cache-0.0.2.zip
Just extract it, rename the "GW2" part to "Gw2", move the file to your shadercache folder on the drive the game was installed on. ex: "/mnt/ssd/SteamLibrary/steamapps/shadercache/1284210/DXVK_state_cache/" After that, it should work like a charm.
