Dead by Daylight
Worked fine out of the box! The "borked" tag isn't appropriate anymore as the game properly intializes proton EAC runtime.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
► Multiplayer
Overall (online):Excellent
There are online issues such as long matchmaking, but this isn't Linux specific.
Worked fine with Proton-GE, Experimental, Next, and regular proton.

Minecraft: Story Mode - Season Two
Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
For some reason the game defaulted to 1440p low settings... I was able to manually set it to 800p and set the graphics preset to high, and enable AO.
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Since the game seemingly has no precompiled shaders, anytime something new happens it stutters, before smoothing out to 60fps.
Although you realistically still could get 60fps at 1440p low, it'll either letterbox or stretch, and the fidelity will be much worse versus if you even just changed the preset and res to native.

Sifu
I used Proton-GE 7-44 as it was the last GE version with the async patch. Although it's depricated I found in this game it helped a lot.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton7.44-1, Set launch options
DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command%
The only downside to vanilla Proton is fairly bad stutters.
