Game runs absolutely perfectly on Steam Deck. Small stutters occured during the first mission, but everything afterwards has run flawlessly.

Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton7-20
If running with default Proton releases from steam, videos do not load, including cutscenes and command list videos. I also experienced frequent crashes when quickly scrolling through the command list. Switch to GE-Proton7-20 seems to fix these issues.
