sometimes when starting up the game the ps5 controller was not detected only solution was to restart the game. maybe only a bug in ps5 controller
When running anything high than Proton 5.0.10 the game would crash often and the cutscenes were just white screen
Run it with Proton 5.0.10 anything higher or custom versions like GloriusEggroll dont work
using Proton 6.15 GE the game still caps the framerate to half the monitors refresh rate unless you use windowed mode
Fullscreen or borderless will cap the games framerate to half the monitors refresh rate
while using the map the fps would drop to around 20-40 when normally the game sits around 200
a 5700xt should be able to handle this game in ultra above 100 fps but using the high preset with motion blur turned off the game couldnt keep a stable framerate there were constant dips in framerate sometimes in open ares like streets dipping below 50 fps. Also there were a lot of stutters
so using Proton 6.15 GE and PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command% i was still expierincing stutters and perfomance degredation. A 5700XT should be to do ultra preset with a stable above 100 fps. Using the high preset with motion blur turned off the game could keep a stable framerate with 90 to 120 in closed areas and hard dips to 40-50 fps in open areas like streets and a lot of stuttering even with background shader cache enabled.
use Proton-GE as of writing this the game doesnt work on proton 5.13 maybe it will work on newer versions on the future
There are a lot of stretched textures like the npc/dog and player model, documents in camps, trees and rock but most of the time its just one thin straight line to the ground just stretched
Game crashes when changing windows (spefically with gnome overview)
The cutscene of the ending 'Sisters' makes the game unresponsive and crashes
