When you install game, go to desktop mode in your Steam Deck. Compatibility change to proton GE. And play the game. Game will only run in desktop mode, but it's working without any protontricks. Content manager I can't instal, so you can only add cars and tracks manually, just copying them to folders where they belong.
I just add esc button to one of the grip buttons.

Use the latest proton GE if you want play multiplayer
I know game works with official proton but only single player, I always want play multiplayer and when I finally get proton GE which is easy to instal on steam deck, I tried force latest proton GE that I have 8.1 I think, to see if multiplayer will works, and YES it works.
Put a screen on 40hz to play smooth, medium graphic settings
But is something wrong within the game when you search lobbies, if you can't find nothing search by choosing specific circuit/track

After changing files games works in game and desktop mode
Delete~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/TDFerrari/support/Gfwlivesetup.exe Put an alternate xlive.dll (xliveless) in ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/TDFerrari
Racing with 15 cars 40fps
First run the game normally. It wont start, will try instal some windows live script, wait a minute and stop that. Then go to desktop mode and do what was said earlier, I just downloaded some files .dll and .ini for mortal kombat collection. They works for TD Ferrari too.
Custom Proton: GE, Changed configuration Set DirectX version to 11, since DX12 causes game crashes and launch problems.
The config file is located at: ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1462810/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/My Games/WRC10/UserSettings.cfg
Value to set: Engine.Device.DirectXVersion = 11;
There was not file usersettings.cfg so I have made one as txt then rename as UserSettings.cfg and then I type when opened this value above.
