Same as Bioshock Remastered, you need to disable fsync and esync, otherwise you will have a very poor performance experience

If your GPU has only 4GB of vram, refrain to enable high resolution textures, otherwise you will experience poor performance.
Playing with mouse makes the game unplayable. Use the keyboard only or a gamepad.

With the mesa 20.2 bringing ACO as the main shaders compiller, now the game runs very well!

The audio it self has no problem besides "crackling"
