Only once during an boss fight where a lot of heavy visual efects where happening
I used to be able to launch it on default Proton but after a few hours it now doesn't boot in it, changing to a more recent one fixed it.
I tried it both native and with proton, both work but have their own problems:
Native runs better 90% of the time but laggs whenever an event that uses more then one 3D character model happens.
Proton: runs slightly worse but has no lag spikes.
But generaly the game is playable, windows also has ocasional lag spikes depending on the update of the game, so I'd say it is in a good state to run on linux.

I would heavily recomend switching between Proton versions for this game as I saw noticable changes in performance between versions. At worst I had bellow 30FPS on low settings and after experimenting i got it to a stable 55 on custome settings that are between medium and high.
The first time I run the game it was slow(15/10FPS), after restarting it never happened again.
Borderless didn't hide the taskbar until going back to other setting and returning to borderless
