Haven't messed with various launch parameters, since it doesn't even get to first base with pretty much any version of Proton that I've tried.

I'm pretty sure that this "recipe" gives you the experience that the developer intended. That being said, it runs at less than 60FPS with Quality settings on a 5090 - which appears to be the same experience Windows users are having.

may not choose the right monitor to launch on if you have more than one. I "fixed" in the following way: change to window mode, move the window to the right monitor, maximize window and then change to borderless.
