There were a bunch of issues I ran into launching the game, but it did work once the game started
Game went to wrong monitor sometimes (not always). When sending game to correct monitor, was not able to move mouse to that monitor (not always). It was an inconsistent experience.
Had to switch to x11 for it to work. Had to set monitor to 60hz for it to work.
Crashes a bit more than I'd prefer, but still a fun experience.
In certain menus, there were unexpectedly low framerates (single-digit). Also, my framerates appeared to be capped at 72 even though the monitor I was playing on was running at 144 hertz. This could be because my second monitor was only running at 75.
The game crashed twice in the space of 30 minutes.
Can't get the mouse cursor to show up in Special Edition, can't get the game to launch in the Collectors CD edition.
Couldn't even play to the end of the first mission without gamebreaking bugs, couldn't play on the monitor of my choice
Could only see my mouse cursor if the game was played on my left-most monitor
About 5 minutes into the first mission, all the controls completely locked up.
It's very enjoyable right up until it stops working after a certain point in the game.
Once when I was playing, a specific sound effect started playing over and over again. Exiting the game did not make it stop. I actually had to reboot.
About 25 hours into the game, I was met with a black screen and was unable to progress.
