TDP set to 11, refresh rate to 60Hz, 30FPS cap.
Upped the text size for captions to max.
Crashes whenever I deposit all items into the travelers chest.
Initial setup, I had to delete PSOCache.pak and uninstalled Decky for it to launch without crashing.
Eventually, I couldn't launch the game anymore after 30+ hours and I put the Steam Deck into Factory Reset. I haven't reinstalled Decky and the game launches just fine without any additional tinkering.

The videos on the movelists will crash, adding the launch command will disable the videos playing altogether. The game runs flawlessly otherwise.
TDP 13
Hard to see objectives at times.
Sometimes when fast traveling, the audio will go mute.
Give the Steam Deck a full reboot before launching the game. Occasionally would crash the entire OS and reboot.
After the update and running Proton Experimental, it seems to stay mostly stable at 30FPS while out in the open on the Forbidden West. Settings are on low with the dynamic FPS targets 30FPS.
Game is playable with sacrifice to quality that can make it hard to make out objects in the distance. Otherwise, very tolerable to play. It's the perfect companion to play on the go or in bed if you mainly play this on your PC.
TDP 13
Mid to Late game shows significant drops in FPS down to an average of 20FPS making it very hard to finish.
The game plays well enough in the start but as soon as you get to mid to late-game, FPS drops run rampant making it difficult to complete.
TDP set to 11 and Medium Settings locked to 30FPS will bring 6hrs from full charge on Steam Deck OLED.
Undocked TDP is at 10 Watts. When docked, I turn this off.
Frames can dip below 60 if internal rendering is placed at 4 or above. Needs to be at 3 for smooth.

The game starts at a stable 30FPS with the Simple graphics setting. As you progress in the game growing your garden and exploring more into the desert, it will dip into an average of 20FPS and sometimes even lower. Still playable, it doesn't crash but definitely can be a dealbreaker.
