åäö is not saved when used; I have to with every restart of the game, set up my controls where these are used. *Swedish Dvorak is used. The game doesn't register a shift between different keyboard layouts.
Lost all my progress and keys at one time a couple of weeks back. It was after I changed the proton version. The save was written over by steam cloud, with a new empty file so I couldn't get the old 500+ hours back. I have not experienced it again.
Especially when quitting to menu and logging in multiple times on a row, or when switching mayhem rerolls often while farming something. It reacts differently every other day. Sometimes it's a couple of times, other startups it's 30 times before it crashes. I have about 1-5 crashes per day (this is over a playtime of 4-16 hours straight).
I think it's not fast enough on unloading the memory, and then ending up using the same space, eventually resulting in crashes.
It might be due to my friends hotspot internet, I have hosted the games, but there have been issues with him connecting to my games at times, where he is kicked out, and this also happened during his stay here, being on the same internet. (Cross-play)
Game starts, then I get a message about sending a dump to an dirt5 e-mail.
Tried to use multiple proton versions, it wouldn't start without a crash.
As long as you don't have sim-gear, it's no problem playing it, didn't try a controller though, because I'm trying to play with the sim-gear
Thrustmaster T300RS Wheel, Shifter & Handbrake wouldn't be detected.
I use Swedish Dvorak keyboard layout. I don't know if it's a Steam/Proton or a Linux issue, but when I switch over to QWERTY, it doesn't register in the games I try to play at all. Resulting in me having to remap everything.
When I try to move I sometimes have to double click the direction I want to move towards, and the same goes for jumping, it's as if it can't register both mouse and keyboard properly, making it irritating sometimes.
Could still be due to hardware limitations.
T300RS GT Clutch and Accelerator doesn't respond at all, the GRID games all react the same way. It's full gas all the way, and I can't change to the pedals, because it doesn't register. Breaks work though, and other games have no problem.
Install d3dcompiler_47
Without the d3dcompiler_47 installed, everything, but the graphics works properly.
Up untill chapter 11, there was no problems at all. I don't know if it's my computer only or a generic bug though.
When Chapter 11 is about to start, the game just dies. I tried multiple proton versions, but same problems occure. When I try to start chapter 11, the game dies.

Throttle & Clutch doesn't register properly or at all on T300RS GT Sim Wheel. Reoccuring problem in Linux though.
