Stuttering/Lag with the default settings
I had to modify in game settings to get rid of the stutter which occurred every few seconds. I switched to windowed mode, disabled vsync and capped at 72 fps.

Disable Nvidia PhysX & VSync and set the framerate to unlimited and you're good to go.

Game is running great and no tinkering is needed compared to Max Payne 1. Game looks a little odd on widescreen monitors.

Maps with lots of dynamic elements will give you lower FPS but it's still playable. Fires and explosives may cause the game to freeze but I've encountered the same issues with Windows 11.
