Radio from Pipboy missing, Resolution here
By Default Alt-Tabbing makes the window vanish and never return. To resolve this you have to update the winecfg.
- run
WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/22380/pfx winecfg
and in tab Graphics set:
- Automatically capture mouse in full-screen
- Emulate a virtual desktop, set the size to your resolution
In your FalloutPrefs.ini make sure full screen is on: bFull Screen=1 (.../compatdata/22380/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My Documents/My Games/FalloutNV/)
run the game as usual
NOTE: My install path was slightly different, just go to the game in steam, under Options > Manage click "Browse local files" and it will take you right to it.
NOTE: For some reason my default wine installation was 32 bit instead of 64. If you get the error (game) is a 64-bit installation, it cannot be used with a 32-bit wineserver
then run sudo apt install wine64
to fix.

Game ran without any changes. Completely playable (and will continue to play on my Linux distro). There may be a slight performance hit compared to my Windows install but it is very minimal, and the be honest the game runs like a dog no matter what so it may just be because I was actually paying attention to it while testing in Proton.
No issues connecting, was peer to peer.
Game worked out of the box with no adjustments. It runs like a dog, allowing it to go up to 250 fps caused my GPU usage to hit 95% but I think this is just the game being an unoptimized mess, was completely playable.
