Terrible performance (around 10-12 fps) with low settings. Could reach 12-15fps with fidelity 50% (yeah, it was very blurry)

After one race I get significat frame drops (from 60-70 to 5-7). Also if I go to the garage and every second car drops FPS as well. I.e. if I switch to an another car it becomes normal >> next car [frame drop] >> next car [ok] >> etc
The frame drops I mentioned above makes game unplayable.
Copied Verdana fonts, could hear opening sounds and menu music on a black screen.
Here are my launch parameters: "PROTON_NO_D3D11=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%".
Game launched successfully, but the cursor stuck within an invisible borders and I could not select any menu item. The solution was to change cursor type to hw. Config file located here: /SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/15370/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My Documents/My Games/Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East/Profiles//user_a2.cfg Need to change setvar ui_use_hwcursor from 0 to 1.
Zoom in/out works perfectly with PgUp and PgDn.
First, when the map was loaded I experienced perfomance issues, but changing graphics settings from Very High to Normal and applying the problem's gone away. After applying these changes you can safely set Very High graphics settings back.

Origin works every other time. Once games starts, it hangs on Loading screen, so I can't even see the main menu.
Proton GE 6.16, "-windowed -noborder" options didn't help
