Tried it with both esync and fsync. Works great with both, although slightly better with fsync.
Some stuttering. I have not tried the game on Windows so I can't compare
Works great without any tweaks
Haven't tried on Windows but I haven't had any issues with the game.
Works really well, just like I remember it working on Windows.
Bonus points since I have a friend who plays the Epic version on Linux using Heroic, which also works really well!
Bought the Windows version on GOG; Plays like a native game
Game works, runs and looks great. I ran with wine version lutris-6.10 along with dxvk and fsync (pretty much defaults) and it worked out of the box. I have not tried dx12, but I'd assume it also works well.
Works wonderfully! Tried both the Vulkan and DX12 renderers and I can't tell any real difference between them.
Worked out of the box. Much better framerate than the native version. I did not notice any drops below 100fps.
If you use an AMD card, you might want to set the following option to avoid stuttering on first startup, it worked for me.
RADV_PERFTEST=aco %command%
If you don't need to use BattlEye the Proton version works out of the box.
If you run the game via Proton you can't join BattlEye protected servers. Servers without BattlEye (eg. VAC-protected servers) work fine.
Don't forget to set the right audio device in settings
At least a quarter of my playtime has probably been on Linux, so that should say something about the stability.
Also, my GPU didn't get as hot when using Wayland for some reason, so I can recommend that if you have an AMD GPU.
