Unfortunately, the native version is not updated anymore and you can't access to the last update (and thus play with your windows friend...). As for the proton version, modifying it (https://www.reddit.com/r/civ/comments/ay4so7/civ_6_doesnt_start_on_linux_manjaro/) Doesn't work and I'm stuck in and endless grey screen.
