Works as expected out of the box.

30 fps
Manually open the keyboard, 30 fps on 6-8 Watts

Manually open the keyboard, 6-8 watts on 30 fps

The only thing that ou will have to do it manually open the keyboard, everything else works great
As the title says, the game runs almost flawless. Some in-game texts are harder to read and a basic control scheme kinda wonky.

Text size is fine but the light-on-light color scheme makes a few lines hard to make out.

(GOG version) Works
Played GOG version with Proton 7.0-1.
No problem observed.

Everything seems to work perfectly, except that if you try and move the mouse focus to another app and then return to the game, it then won't let you use the mouse or keyboard. This, in itself, leaves you stuck in the game. I had to switch to a different virtual console to kill the game!

Imported the party from BT1 to BT2, played the latter for 7 hours with no issues.

I previously gave this game "Borked" with 3.7.3. It seems, the game works with 3.16 without issues even with my dated system (Mesa 12)

Only played Bard's Tale 1 so far. Up to the sewers without any problems. Feels like a native game.

Crashes at startup: UnityPlayer.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module UnityPlayer.dll at 0033:80a5ff01.

Spent half an hour wandering around Skara Brae, seems fine.

Feels native

Had black screen. Launch option PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command% Fixed it. ALT+TAB seems to freeze game a lot.

Works great for the time I've played.
