I really love this game. But we need to figure out how to get it to work on Proton
Using the Glorious Eggroll version doesn't transfer saves from the Steam versions for some reason
Tried using Proton 6, 7, and experimental but came up against regular crashes around the same point of any given run through
Playable but a little strenuous reading text.
Appeared that the game was not running at the correct aspect ratio causing the text to be distorted and harder to read.
Works out of the box!
Works perfectly, click & play
it works out of the box
9 hours in. Everything on max, everything works

Works perfectly!
Tried loading a cloud save game from my windows machine. It just loads a new map without playing the opening cinematic. Won't load my map at all. Starts new games just fine though.
Without using Wine D3D the game will not start. Otherwise works nicely and stable, with good performace.
Install, Play, Fun

Works out of the box. Performance is perfect with maxed out settings on my rig. Works fine with WINEFSYNC="1".

Just start it. No need to do anything. Even runs like native!

Just works!

No additional setup required. Smooth gameplay, tabs in and out fine.

Ran perfectly out of the box, perfect performance.
Like many fullscreen games on linux, if you're using a multi-monitor setup it won't respect your primary screen and may treat screens as one large screen and display down the middle. Solvable with xorg.conf tweaks, give it its own layout.
No issue if using a single monitor

Like in the comments mentioned I had to add 'PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%' to the start options, afterwards game runs just nice.

First try crashed game, but I added 'PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%' to start options for next try and game starts and runs without a problem now.

No tweaks, runs perfectly

User Interface disappears for unknown reason after some minutes. The lights, which stay on screen get fixed, when set from 'realistic' to 'fast'.
