Runs out of the box

Setting to windowed and manually forcing fullscreen with your DE/WM lets you get a borderless fullscreen experience (game handles the resolution change no problem)
Well done Valve and Proton Team

Multiplayer works fine.

Had to change from WASD to arrow keys and mouse buttons to ctrl/alt/shift to play with 2 gamepads. Changed the controls to match the ones showed on the launcher.
When trying different layouts, got stuck without a mouse. Had to restart the Deck because i tried to close the game without closing the launch window.
Even with the layout changed to match the launcher, it did not worked as expected, had to use the dualsense's trackpad as a mouse.
The game functions well with mouse, and even accommodates two or more players sharing it. It could potentially be a pleasant game to play on a touchscreen.
However, issues arise when attempting to play on the couch. It's perplexing how a game that delivered such an incredible couch gaming experience on the Nintendo Switch in 2018 now, even five years later, lacks support for gamepads on the PC and doesn't offer a resolution higher than 720p (unfortunately for a 65' 4k TV, it doesn't look nice at all)
At the end, to play local coop on the couch, unfortunately the Nintendo Switch is the best way.
Using the touchscreen to drag tiles into position is the easiest way to play.
With protontricks I changes DPI to 192 cause I have a HiDPI screen
In fullscreen game sometimes hangs unexpectedly and indefinitely. Have to hard reset my computer. In window mode HiDPI does not work and the window is very small.
In fullscreen game sometimes hangs unexpectedly and indefinitely
Works perfectly
It's absolutely fine.
Le jeu fonctionne très bien, pas de bogues constatés.
works perfect
runs perfect
works with touchscreen
Online and local multiplayer work out of the box.
The mouse pointer sometimes disappears but is coming back once you click again. Don't know if this is related to Proton or just some sort of bug of the game itself.
Works 99.9% pit of the box. I'm not sure if the disappearing mouse pointer is caused by proton or a general game bug.
Sometimes mouse pointer disappears and needs a click to reappear.
It doesn't boot with 5.13-1
Seemed slightly laggy on network play
Perfect out of the box!
Runs flawlessly
Running the game in a non-HiDPI resolution and using low graphics settings makes the game feel smooth enough to play.
Small amount of crackling, doesn't affect gameplay
Mouse input was felt slow when using my monitors full HiDPI resolution (2880x1800). Changing the game resolution to 1400x900 resolved this.
I got around 20-40 fps when running at 2880x1800 resolution with graphics set to 'high'. This became 40-60 fps when running at 1400x900 with graphics set to 'low'.

Game doesn't show, and after a few seconds it stops.
Tried also with vblank_mode=3 %command%; with Protom 4.11-13 and 5.0-7

Recommended, works quite well
Game seems to have unlocked FPS. To use less CPU resources, and have more for remote play or call with friends playing together by other means, I started the game forcing vsync. For Mesa drivers (AMD radeon and Intel) set the launch option
vblank_mode=3 %command%
Flawless

It runs perfectly (online and offline) with the parameter PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% It crashes without it. First time takes a lot of time to start (Installing components?)

Game runs fine however performance isn't that good for a 2D game, alt-tabbing will cause the game to turn to a black screen and this cannot be recovered, the game needs to be killed and restarted. Tested on two different laptops with Intel HD620 gpus

Out of the box the game crashes, but with these tweaks works correctly: --> PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%

Don't work with Proton, but with Steam direct on Wine (Windows Version) the game works perfectly.

All I see is Carcassonne has encountered an error and must close. A crash report named ...

Runs perfectly, only tried local player. The games crashed after about 45 minutes, but it was saved so got return where it crashed.

Played several single player games. I did not try multiplayer.

I only started the game and went for a whirl in the option menus. So far, not a single issue.

Single player tested only, no visible performance issues
