Runs perfect, didn't encounter any issues at all.
Tried co-op (with someone who was running Windows 11), no problems at all.
Game works fine

Contrary to other reports, the native port seemingly works 100% perfect under Wayland.
Sometimes when applying graphics settings, the game will condense into a tiny box and go into the top left corner. This is fixed upon restarting the game, though, but you'll have to redo your graphics changes.
Didn't have any issues at all aside from the graphics settings issue I mentioned before. Otherwise, the game was 100% smooth and I was able to complete The Second Encounter perfectly fine.

Occasionally gives an error, can easily be ignored by pressing "cancel".
I have not tried the newer versions of proton cause if it aint broke dont fix it.This actually performs with better FPS than it does on Windows 10. In harder to maintain areas i can maintain a surplus of 120+ frames on Garuda with mods. Windows 10 on the other hand, i would average of about 65-90 fps in these specific areas. So far this is one of the few games that is best played on linux for me!
Workshop mods work without issues. I have yet to see if VR works fully, once i get my ps2vr adapter i will test it with that.

Disappointing performance at higher than default settings, but all three games play perfectly otherwise.
60 FPS cap (Deck OLED)
The game autodetects Low/Medium/Ultra for CPU/GPU/Memory settings, and unfortunately that's about the best the Deck can handle if you want a stable 60 FPS. BFE in particular is prone to slowdown at higher settings despite being over a decade old, though performance is definitely better in Fusion than the standalone version.
Native port runs out of the box
Disregard my last report, seems like it had problems booting on Mint, maybe some libraries were out of date or missing. On Arch you just launch and play, including mods and cloud saves. One thing to add to my old report though, Vulkan stuttering is normal after you switch APIs and goes away if you restart the game in case you have/want to run the game through Proton.

Needed to be logged in on X11, on wayland game crashes on start.
Online works just fine
Game is 100% playable and works fine under proton but native port offers much more fps with vulkan API. Unluckily, native port crashes on wayland, when logged in on X11 session, game works flawlessly.

Excellent
No tinkering required

Minimal visual artifacts

The native port of the game refuses to even start, fixed by forcing Proton experimental. Use either OpenAL or XAudio 2.7 for sound, for graphics API I had stuttering on Vulkan (most likely shader compilation but this happens on native Windows as well, so take this with a grain of salt), leaving it on Direct3D 11 the game runs perfectly.
Great out of box
Was able to host fine, and able connect to friends on windows
Game seriously runs great!
Sound only works when using following options:
Sound API: XAUDIO2 2.7 Output Device: 4: Raven/Raven2/FireFlight/Renoir Audio Processor Speaker
Sound API: XAUDIO2 2.7 Output Device: 4: Raven/Raven2/FireFlight/Renoir Audio Processor Speaker
Besides needing to switch to proton, this is the best way to play most of the Serious collection on Deck.
Linux native had issues detecting input, running proton solved this.
Just launch and play
Right Trackpad: Mouse
Serious Sam Fusion has full controller support and supports hybrid input. It also natively supports 1280x800, no letterboxing. Didn't experience any bugs or slowdown. This is the best way to experience Serious Sam on Steam Deck.
Очень сильные скачки частоты кадров
The native version works surprisingly well. No problems whatsoever.

It works better in Windows though
Choppy menu
Slowness in the menu and choppy audio
Had to force Proton-7.0rc3-GE-1 to get this working. In the game, had to change graphics settings to Vulkan(Defaults to DirectX when using Proton) and the Audio to OPENAL to get rid of the crackling. Only tried Serious Sam FE HD, but it worked without issues after this.
Before I did any of this the game would not launch at all, so not a great experience for someone novice or expecting native support(like advertised).
Proton seems not to work well with CroTeams-Engine. Native runs at an appropriate, enjoyable performance.
Proton in Wine3D-Mode uses an seemingly inappopriate driver as reported by the game. Thus heavy graphical glitches occur.
Native as well as Proton Version seem to have some optimization issues regarding level performance. Latest Proton crashes instantaneous without WINE3D-Mode
Jittering can be fixed in Native Mode by disabling V-Sync.
The native version seems to launch its own XWindow-Client. So i suspect that a proper XSession (e.g "Gnome on Xorg" at Login"screen") is required not to let it crash due to insufficient xwayland emulation by native Wayland.
Game is either extremely laggy or stuttery on Nvidia optimus setup, so for fast FPS game it is a no-go.
On Lenovo Y50-70 using prime-run extreme stuttering makes game almost unplayable despite having 80 FPS. Using optimus-manager to switch graphics to nvidia gets rid of stutter but introduces huge lag so either way game is unplayable. The only way I found to make it playable is to crank graphics settings all the way down to achieve 150-300 fps (even then frame time instability maxes out games internal indicator), but it is far from optimal experience for native Linux game.

Borken
It was working fine but somehow this game is broken. It fails to launch with an error of: "Cannot set display mode"

Game Crashes on Startup
Game throws a crash window on launch.
