Great dev team, and fun game!
Should support them letting people use their friends' DLC! Not everyone needs the DLC to enjoy, only the host.

DLC can be unlocked by adding Supplement1.dlc through Supplement15.dlc files to the data folder. If that's your jam. But support the makers if you enjoy them.
Works Great
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 %command%
Adding the PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 to startup options fixes this

Doesn't start
The game often fails to start. And if it does somehow start, it crashes almost immediately while on the initial splash/loading screen. Tried native and proton, and skipping the launcher window, but nothing works.
gamemoderun %command%

Took this on a flight and it runs at 15fps with a TDP limit of 3 watts which got me through a full six hour flight.
gamemoderun %command%
Funciona correctamente

Runs flawlessly. Open game folder and create files Supplement*.dlc (replace "*" with numbers from 1 to 11) to unlock DLCs for free.

Note that I only tried installing this game on Linux on a shared NTFS drive between Windows and Linux. Installation works fine whichever version you use. Running it natively, through GE Proton, Experimental Proton, Proton 9, and Proton 8 let the launcher and game launch, but would lead to a black screen that would crash after a few minutes. Using Steam Linux Runtime 1.0 (Scout) worked for me and led to the game running smoothly.
The Civ VI style launcher skip still works here: in the launch options (replace quoted text with whatever path leads to your game executable), write "/media/gamedisk/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Warhammer 40000 Gladius - Relics of War/Binaries/Linux-x86_64/Gladius" %command%

Runs natively!
Didn't try multiplayer, but i have no reason to believe it wouldn't work. Singleplayer works perfectly!
First splashscreen with logo appears and then the game goes boom. Tried ProtonGE and experimental, but these don't even take me as far.

Game works in single player, but multiplayer crashes when using native. Game crashes on launch using proton.
Tried proton 8, experimental. Both crash on startup
Crashes on attempting to join a multiplayer game. Entering lobby works, but loading into the game crashes.
I recommend playing on Fullscreen, WIndowed/Borderless mode may be a bit laggy

FPS:40, TDP:5
One of the kind that just works!
Game installed fine and opened to menu. Very laggy mouse. Opened game and it just hangs.
Tried a couple of tweaks including NO_ESYNC, gamemoderun and WINED3D - no joy I'm afraid. Feel like it needs a tweak but I'm missing something here.
Must disable anti-aliasing on my system or the graphics look very distorted and pixelated.
Using native client with Windows players and no issues.
I haven't tested the Proton version of this game as Native runs beautifully. But be aware that you may need to turn off Anti-Aliasing if you encournter graphical distortion/pixelization.

native? platinum? neither.
1/10 runs, 9/10 times game launches and either crashes on the initial splashscreen, or launches then simply crashes silently tried running native, experimental, GE7.55, GE8.03, Proton8.0-2. most consistently runs immediately after steam opens while on experimental
42 fps lock

GUI is clearly readable by default
Sometimes there are some artifacts in UI. Restart of the game helps.
Sometimes the game is crashing after the launcher, sometimes it launches with little UI issues. Sadly, it is not playable out of the box, you need to switch your version of Proton, and maybe you'll need to tweak something to fix issues above.
Maybe there are other issues, but I didn't find them yet, usually everything works fine for me.
without tinkering it didn't launch

Game installed, no play
I installed the game just fine, but when I click on play nothing happens
