Excellent linux native support out of the box but some people might have issues with audio.
Had to install the pipewire-alsa
package to enable sounds
No audio, but installing pipewire-alsa fixed it .

Was muted on boot but just press 'M' to unmute
Launching the game reguarly has no audio both in regular game and 07th Mod. Same experience for Answer arcs/Umineko When They Cry: Chiru

TDP 3W
With 07th mod, the opening movies isn't properly fullscreen (it's zoomed), which might be fixable with the 07th mod installer options. However rest of the game works flawlessly.
07th mod works almost flawlessly OOTB, only got the zoomed in opening movies (I might have chosen a wrong option in the 07th mod installer)

Just download a community layout or make your own and you're good to go

Using 07th mod from GOG / Heroic Launcher, needed some tinkering to get the sound working.
Follow the github issue tracker to fix the audio (I'm using 07th mod, idk if that's important), otherwise there will be no audio
Following the answers from this github issue: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime/issues/346 fixed the sound for me, specifically deleting (or in my case, moving to a backup folder) some of the non-functional sound files allowed the actual sounds to start playing.
The 07th mod is fundamental to have a better immersion in the game

Changed A/B button behavior
Did not test the vanilla game. However, it runs flawlessly with 07th Mod installed. This also applies to Answer Arcs.
Sound didn't work without using Steam Linux Runtime
Steam save sync doesn't work (at least oob)
Steam Linux Runtime should be enabled by default
You might want to bind CTRL to a convenient key so skip is easily accessible.
Runs perfectly out of the box.
