On first startup, a movie plays in a window separate from the main game window.
Game is a bit slow to start but plays fine. Touchpad or touch screen both work alright, no controller support but the controls are just move the mouse and left-click so it's not a problem.

Umineko When They Cry - Question Arcs
Using 07th mod from GOG / Heroic Launcher, needed some tinkering to get the sound working.

Control Layout:Switch To Community Layout: One Of The Other Reviews Gave The Layout
Audio:Other
Follow the github issue tracker to fix the audio (I'm using 07th mod, idk if that's important), otherwise there will be no audio
Following the answers from this github issue: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime/issues/346 fixed the sound for me, specifically deleting (or in my case, moving to a backup folder) some of the non-functional sound files allowed the actual sounds to start playing.
