Frequent crashes are frustrating since you never know when to save
Works out of the box
After some minutes, some game screens (research screen and empire map) have glitches or just display a black screen. Sometimes saving/loading fixes it, sometimes It goes after restarting the game. At rare times the main menu where you save load or quit the game isn't displayed
Game crashes from time to time into desktop. I am not sure if that's emulation or just standard behaviour like most mid 2000s games. I'll say that it crashes about once every 40 mins average. Remember to enable autosaves! Loads super fast
Runs ok, as ok as such old game can run anyway
Slow loading

Runs flawlessly out of the box. Played the first three missions. Listened to every dialogue, played with the settings. No issues at all.

Working perfectly out of the box.

Performance was as expected given the specs of this laptop. No more flickering of the cursor and all menus render fine. Videos in game play as intended and overall is a very positive experience.

Initially slow to load. Mouse cursor flickering but not too distracting. All text in menus seems fine and the voice dialogue seems to work perfectly fine. Performance seemed as it should but further testing is required to verify long-term stability.

It initially had no text in the menus. I used WineTricks to install MS corefonts and copied them from the /home/username/.wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts folder to the steamapps/compatdata/3980/pfx/drive_c/windows/Fonts folder.

Cursor is blinking, and the text is missing on the main menu buttons. Also, 1366x768 is not available but idk if Windows has it either
