Inconsistent frame-rates. Game bounces between running at a full 60 and then randomly getting capped at 30.
Runs out of the box with minor audio issues.
Sound effects would have an audible, but not harsh, pop when played. Game can be completed despite this.
Some of the visual flairs were missing. eg.: dramatic zoom on the final orange peg, the burning effect on the "Extreme Fever" text, some minor animations being static.

This game does NOT use Origin.
Adding "-changedir" to the launch options results in a perfectly playable game. It runs like native Windows.
Runs perfectly after adding "-changedir" to launch options. Low FPS issues also affect native versions, try disabling "3D Acceleration" in options menu or run in windowed mode.
