To set the resolution and full screen, actually start a game, stop it and go to "Settings". A bit akward, but works.
You actually have to start a game to get to the "Settings" menu. There you can define the resolution and fullscreen.

Shadows looked really weird, and some of the textures

Runs smoothly at 60fps in 4k without any glitch or manual configuration. For some obscure reason it takes a good 3 seconds more to launch on the same machine compared to proton 3.16-8 on Ubuntu 18.10, but that is really minor.

Occasionally freezes between scenes and sometimes only loads sound. But otherwise perfectly playable.

Played several chapters of the first episode. Plays buttery smooth at 60fps in 4k.

Runs without any problems.

Works perfectly

Game launched in unfocused window at low resolution. Changing it to fullscreen and changing the resolution in the settings menu caused the game to unfocus again. Alt-tabbing back to it worked fine. Audio and video played very smooth without any hitching. However, the game was unplayable because it does not confine the mouse to the game window or to the main screen, so I ended up clicking on my second monitor a good amount of the time during interactive sequences. Restarting the game and playing with only one monitor on was a great experience, though.

Nice Performance, no errors, no workarounds needed
