Game runs perfectly. For some reason Proton Experimental bleeding edge would not play cutscenes properly but you can skip them
Sometimes you can see the void through cracks on the walls/floor

work fine
coop with friend on windows and linux, no problem work perfectly

Works perfect out of the box (did not test multiplayer)
Just install and play.

Works as good as on Windows
Some Cutscenes dont work with the Native version, e.g. the final one.
The cutscenes would almost always fade to white about halfway though. No clue why or how to fix, it happened when the deck was capped at 30 and 60 so not a framerate thing. Ended up watching them on youtube. The game ran fine otherwise.

no cut scenes
Cut Scenes will NOT play using the default settings. Do not accept this in your life. You can do anything. Be like that old, stubborn horrendous cheese sticking to the pan & fight against it to improve your life. & Use Proton GE to make sure you can watch all the important story scenes. If you don't, you really are butchering this game for all it's worth. P.S. Your smile looks beautiful.

Force use of Proton or GE-Proton for cutscenes to work correctly

when playing under proton (GE-Proton8-9) a looping cut-scene audio track was making the game very difficult to play
Controller was jittery and unresponsive in both proton and native
Slows down and drops frames after playign for a long time
Cut-scenes did not play on native - fixed by re-encoding as webm with VP8 encoding and replacing the original mp4s (rename webm extentions to mp4)
As mentioned elsewhere the cut scene videos do not play on native. You can fix this by re-encoding (e.g. with handbrake) them from mp4 to webm with VP8. Rename the new files to have .mp4 extensions and replace the originals. Files on my machine were located at ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Aragami/Aragami_Data/StreamingAssets/Movies/ps4/ This is because unity doesn't support MP4 under linux.
Plays well with the default configuration, but if you want a smoother experience, you need to tweak it a little.
The game dips below 60fps, so I changed the refresh rate of the deck to 40.
I've set the deck's refresh rate to 40 because the game often dips below 60 fps. There are some areas were it goes to 25-35 fps, but they are rare and you usually don't stay in that low fps spot for long.
Furthermore, you should definitely consider forcing the game to use the Proton layer, because the native port doesn't display cutscenes. You will only see a black screen and you have to press "next" until the dialogue plays out and the cutscene is over.

Aragami works perfectly with Proton, without any problems. The native version does not show the cutscenes, and also occasionally disappears sound
Native version just works.
Capped refresh rate to 40hz.
The game can run at 60fps a fair amount of the time, but can dip into the 40's and at time sub 30.
Cutscenes are broken using native Linux version.
Using Proton is a must if you care about cutscenes, as the native Linux version will display a black screen when cutscene should play.
I capped the game at 40hz as it can run quite hot and I observed dips into the 40's anyway.

Using Proton GE is required for some cutscenes to work. Without it, gameplay still works flawlessly.
A bit repeditive and not particularly enjoyable as a stealth game, but it does run exceedingly well on Linux so props where they're due.
Works perfectly fine out of the box.
Native version still doesn't play cutscenes.
Game runs on NATIVE but any pre-rendered cutscene video will be blank screen and just audio. In-game rendered cutscene do display correctly. Use GE-Proton for proper operation
Aside from the pre-render cutscene bug with NATIVE version, everthing else works out of the box. Change to GE-Proton to not miss the cutscene videos for the full experience.
Runs well out of the box
No thinkering needed to play this game. Native version worked well for me. Just download and hit play.
The native Linux version works flawlessly.
I haven't tested multiplayer yet.
It works fine for me now.

cutscenes are a big part of game. game slightly improved using proton, and could be better or on par with GE. native is sub-par at best.
Proton-6.19-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
saves had to be manually migrated from native-linux/windows to proton
there are two types of cutscenes: video, and in game. The video cutscenes only worked with the Glorious-eggroll build. any cutscene only worked with proton (non-GE proton only had in game cutscenes). No cutscenes functioned with native. To summarize, the only perfect experience was with the GE proton build.
Cutscenes don't work when running natively or with old(er) Proton
The game runs (including the cutscenes) with Proton 6.3 or Proton 6.16-GE1

Base Game + DLC run well out of the box with default settings (Not sure if running Native or on Proton). Had no issues: would recommend.
Could not find any multiplayer games. Cannot verify if due to compatibility or lack of online base (it's a single player game anyways).
launched the game then it showed made by unity then it black screened and I was forced quit

Cutscenes caused by a regression bug (v1.09 I believe) in the native version are fixed by using proton
Proton-6.15-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
GPU usage is significantly different. Native on my system is 50-60% usage for 1440p144fps while proton usually maintains the same but instead with 90-100% GPU usage.

Game has a minor texture issue when run using the beta 1.08 workaround.
Cutscenes would not play. This is apparently a known issue that affects both Windows and Linux Native versions. Workaround is to run beta 1.8 version, but this introduces a minor but annoying graphical texture issue. See this post on steam forum for more details: https://steamcommunity.com/app/280160/discussions/1/1697175413671233075/.
My testing was done with Linux Native version. Game is still playable.
I opened the game with proton and there wasn't my saved game. Returned to native version and my saved game is there.
Some videos don't load for me (native and proton version): Aragami's memories
Works on Proton with DXVK
Game works native on Linux and on Proton with DXVK.
