No major issues

Runs perfectly out of the box though it does have a few typical VN foibles like the title screen not appearing until after you complete the Prologue; which took me 3 hours. Before that you need to force close the game but once you reach chapter 1 the title screen appears with Exit in the menu.

Game runs fine. Had bad audio crackling issues, which can mostly be fixed with the launch command in this report.
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=180 %command%
Launch options heavily reduced the crackling
After the launch command, the game's audio has a slight, half second crackle maybe every 20 minutes or so.
There's slight audio crackle problems on WIndows too, so I don't think its a Proton/Linux problem.

PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=180 %command%
Noticable crackling. Most likely caused by the insane amount of audio streams used. Use PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC environment varible to increase audio buffer size as needed.

PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 %command%
Sound was previously crackly most of the time, but the launch option fixed it for the most part. Still had some crackles every now and then, but not at all as noticable or bothersome.
Game used to crash upon exiting, but that has since been fixed.

Quitting the game doesn't work, have to force kill from Steam

Minor crackles on occasion.
Almost runs perfectly out of the box.

The game has trouble closing on Linux, including Steam Deck. It needs to be forced to close.
Everything works out of the box.

Achivements not unlocking

This game works well and enjoyable. But some minor problems may occur for frequent controller change and achievements.
When changing Xbox gaming controller (北通) and steamdeck, sometimes keys will be mapped to another layout (A->X, B->A, X->B, Y->Y, RB->RB, LT/RT/START/BACK not fully works). This may not be convenient when frequently changing TV output to deck output, or vice versa. This situation does not occur on other games, so I guess that's not the problem of controller manufactor, but controller mapping itself.
Rarely stucks (could not continue by pressing B for Xbox controller). For this situation, simply save and then load will solve the problem, so this issue may not really affect game play.
Achievements
This game may not properly pop out achievements. I have already cleared "fate" route and first 13 tiger dojos, but only one achievement (prologue) pops. I replayed some scenes in flowchart and regained some of achievements.

Works perfectly except for exiting
The game doesn't exit properly (either from menu or through alt+f4), and needs to be terminated instead. This is more of a nuisance than an actual problem though.

The game doesn't properly quit through its menus. You will have to force quit through Steam for it to fully close.
Works OOTB
After the day 1 patch, game works flawlessly out of the box.
When mimizing the window and then opening it again, sometimes graphical glitches occur that make it impossible to read the dialogues
Played the prologue so far, everything works on Proton 9.0-2. Controller Support, Opening playback, you call it, it's working

Likely to run fine, but may have issues further in
When quitting, the game hangs and needs to be terminated.
The prologue should be representative of all the content, but its not impossible some of the later SFX might have issues. The quitting bug is annoying but inconsequential.

Occasionally hangs when attempting to exit the game via Alt+F4, but otherwise seems to run well.

Launches normally so far with little to no issues.

Game is playable but having the wrong background is troublesome for a visual novel. Hopefully it will be fixed but we have a workaround !
Changed language to japanese in steamos for the game
Wrong backgrounds loaded at some point fixed by changing the langage

Properties > General > Set language to Japanese. Currently there's a sprite mismatch bug in the non-English builds of the game rendering the visuals practically nonsensical. You can set the in-game text to English once you get into the settings menu.
