Due to an error with an included library the game would not launch. Fixed by removing the "librt.so.1" file from the "libs" folder on the game directorey
Due to a bundled library being broken on modern glibc versions the game doesn't launch. Deleting the "librt.so.1" file from the game's "lib" folder forces the game to use the system library thus working again.

Using Proton-5.9-GE-7-ST
Seems so work fine except for the radio, which likes to jump around between tracks and even playing what it isn't supposed to play yet(E.g. 3Dog announcing the success of Project Purity.)
For a better experience get the xlive.dll(https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/22591) and throw it into the prefix's syswow64 folder(SteamInstall/steamapps/compatdata/22370/pfx/drive_c/windows/syswow64/)
Played the prologue so far, everything works on Proton 9.0-2. Controller Support, Opening playback, you call it, it's working

First ran with Proton 4.11-13 to be able to install the Rockstar launcher.
Online may sometimes crash when concluding a transaction(e.g. buying a weapon)
Didn't test any of the video stuff
Ran with Proton 8.0-4(Library default), played all currently available content just fine.
Steam Overlay wasn't active during the game, unsure if linux/proton-specific or just a game thing.
