Great Game overall worth the money I have some crackling audio when i play but it could be from my end
gamemoderun mangohud %command%
runs perfectly
Flawless
Works great out of the box.

Use any Proton variant you prefer, all of them perform perfectly.

It just works

Seems to work just fine
Over the 20 something hours I've played I've run into no issues.
Works without any complaints / Работает без каких либо нареканий
I encountered a black screen when going fullscreen. I disabled adaptive sync in KDE Plasma Display settings, and the problem never occurred again.

It runs amazing without any issues.

Sometimes
Games run flawlessly, just sometimes I had input lag.

Sometimes some damage numbers apperaed on the bottom left of the screen. Not really a problem, maybe this exists on desktop too but this was the only thing that comes close to "difficult to read" for me.
Stable 90 FPS, but sometimes with many opponents and effects, slight FPS drops appear (between 90-60)
Works flawlessly.
Runs without any issues
Works great out of the box.

mangohud %command% gamemoderun %command%
more enemies = less fps

8 W TDP seems to be optimal
Text is a little hard to read. Use STEAM+L1 to help you if needed

PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
More chaos = less fps
Great game and easy to launch (Add " PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% " to the launch cmds)

After clicking the play button will not boot, instead it will reset after 5s or so
Does not work

Works out of the box.
I think occasionally it stuttered but not in any sort of way that effects gameplay in the slightest - seems like dropped frames if anything. Really, really minor.
Definitely worth playing on Linux!

Works out of the box, no issues encountered

Works launching from CLI, not Proton, but less than 1FPS
Per another recommendation that said it works from command-line start if not Proton, I tried this, and was surprised the game started. I got music, but the intro screen shot all my cpu's to 100%, and couldn't even move the cursor but once every 30 seconds. It launches at least outside Proton, but hardly playable.
Works out of the box with proton experimental

Launched the game from steam w/ default proton selection, did not run, however, opening up a console and just launching the exe (i.e. ./Death Must Die.exe) worked fine...

Works out the box, no issues
Fantastic game, no issues on my system

Works fine for me, no issues found. I Run it on Experimenal Proton, but 8.0-4 works fine for me as well.

Running with GE, it tries to start, but errors and crashes.
Going to look at logs, but I can only see on launch a windows-y looking error window pop for a second with a skull on it then crashes shut immediately using GE. Doesn't even launch with normal Proton, but that's fairly normal for me under Arch, but most any UE, Unity, or Godot games tend to work no problem with GE Proton for me, this is a rare exception.

Does not launch
Has Platinum on protondb but does not launch using any version of proton, GE, official etc.

FPS to 45 (OLED deck), TDP to 10
Works out of the box, very fun. Text size can be a bit of an issue but only really on one screen.

6W TDP Limit for longer battery life.
TDP limit is not essential, I just wanted better battery life. Game slows down to mid-30s for brief moments near the end of the run when there's a sudden increase in enemies, but it quickly speeds back up. Overall the game runs great, looks great, and has snappy controls.
