Input switching issues (sometimes). Totems menu tanks FPS (sometimes). Otherwise no known issues.

~20 fps even in the main menu
Either the port is bad in general or the game isn't ready for Steam Deck yet.

Works well out of the box, a few glitches but nothing game-spoiling
Cut-scene music sometimes drops off, latest patch seems to have fixed though
New scenes sometimes have missing character graphics (e.g. head) for a few seconds
Not sure if it's how I'm connecting it, but PS4 controller doesnt work for the 'don't move' sections

SteamDeck=1 %command%
A lot of texture artifacting, especially on the character's hair and clothing.
Borderless window makes screen small, use fullscreen and manually select resolution.
Gamepad wasn't detected, but removing proton files and trying again fixed issue.
Runs around 20-45 FPS on lowest graphics settings and AMD FSR 3.
Workaround for libscePad issue: Install game on Windows, then copy "C:\ProgramData\Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc\PSPC_SDK\S22\3.00.00.13" into the game's compatdata.

libscePad missing
SteamDeck=1 %command%
Black screen and libscePad missing error after latest update.

gamemoderun gamescope -f -w 1920 -h 1080 -r 180 --hdr-enabled --mangoapp --adaptive-sync --mangoapp --force-grab-cursor %command%
When a scene loads in, the audio takes a few seconds to start playing.
With ray-tracing enabled, the flashlight's light makes everything lit by it look grainy. Most likely not an issue with Proton, but instead this game's denoising not working well with the flashlight.
When a scene loads in, the assets take a few seconds to fully load in. Funnily enough, this was an issue with God of War Ragnarok on PC.
My DualSense controller didn't work with this game for some reason, so I had to use Steam Input to translate it into an Xbox controller. I tried fixing this by changing my Proton version to ProtonGE and restarting Steam, but to no avail.
There was some occansional stutters (I've only counted 2 in my 2 hour session to be exact). Probably due to the game using Unreal Engine 5.
DLSS and DLAA don't work without TAA/FXAA enabled. Which is odd as they both come with their own anti-aliasing methods which are objectively superior to TAA and FXAA as they don't blur the whole image or look bad in motion.
FSR 3.1 Upscaling also doesn't work without TAA/FXAA enabled also.
FSR 3.1 Frame Generation also didn't work.
Runs at 48 FPS (locked it to that due to personal preferance) with high-ultra settings (used the benchmark to automatically set those settings) DLSS quality, max raytracing.

gamemoderun %command%
After the 500 MB patch the game is unstable and crashes randomly, it also gives this error at launch: libscepad runtime is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the program.
Until this is fixed the game is unplayable on linux. I have seen forums with steamdeck users complaining about the same thing.

Game runs very well aside from minor loading stutters which I am sure is also present on windows and will be resolved in a patch.
SteamDeck=1 %command%
Minor stutters here and there, but it seems to be related to when it loads from the SSD.
If you do not add the launch options it will complain about playstation SDK missing, but will still run. Adding the SteamDeck=1 %command% prevents this message but so far has had no impact on my gameplay functionality. Mouselook and everything works fine. Great to finally have this on the PC as well!

Same audio problem as Windows, silent part for no reason could be due to game on HDD
Repeated hanging on the status screen. No other way to fix but to restart the game.

The following error message is displayed at startup: "The program can't start because PlayStation(R) PC SDK Runtime is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to resolve this issue.". This warning can be ignored.

I always use GE-Proton, game runs without any further tinkering and runs really well
